Refund policy

If you’re not satisfied, here’s how our refund process works:

1. Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

3. Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the product arrived damaged or defective.

4. Damaged or Wrong Items

If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, email us immediately at cesarmendez0862@gmail.com with your order number and photos.
